Phase I: Concerns + Attachments

Establish what’s not working

Whether you’re an individual, an executive at a corporation or a team we all have one thing in common: we are human beings dealing with workability and unworkability. As an individual, perhaps you’re not performing as you should or something is not working in your world. As an executive or leader at your company, perhaps you, something or someone isn't performing as expected. As a team, results may not be what’s expected, or the team may not be cohesive, or individuals or groups within the team may not be performing as expected.

Through context creation sessions, we’ll identify sources of workability and unworkability and discover concerns and attachments. After this self-audit and data assessment, we’ll begin to explore and discover what accountability may look like based on the future you want to create.

The outcome here is to create a shift in living from concerns and attachments to living from The Wheel Of Workability™, the access to Quantum Leadership™


Phase II: Principles + Practices

Identify new ways of working

The main reason people get stuck in unworkability is often because they are not aware of the unworkability. Additionally, they may not be present to or grounded in the far-reaching impacts of it. In this phase, we’ll assess the impact and likelihood of unworkability.

Using a workability matrix, we’ll go through the principles of The Wheel of Workability™. We will discover areas where you may or may not be operating from the context of each principle – ultimately creating a roadmap for building a world, as an individual, company or team, that works.


Phase III: Ongoing Co-Creation + Implementation

Create quantum leaps in your world

Instilling lasting behavioral change requires ongoing effort. Once you create a roadmap for your transformation, we want to make sure that it’s fulfilled.

In this phase, we will work together to strengthen your ability to recognize and resolve unworkability. We’ll continue to re-visit your workability framework and The Wheel Of Workability™ which will empower, inspire and give you clarity to keep being in a state of discovery. You will learn to indentify any unworkability immediately and be in action to bring workability to the situation.

At this stage you will begin mastering the principles of The Wheel of Workability™ and Quantum Leadership™ will emerge. Our time together will leave you living life with more power and peace of mind.
